Directors' Profile

Training and Board Director

Michael Kourouklas has graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, BSc Honors in Accounting. He continued at Leeds University in U.K. obtaining a Master in Accounting and Finance and has completed his studies by becoming an Associate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). During his studies has worked in various firms in Cyprus including PWC in Nicosia. He has also worked as an Internal Auditor of a major international construction company for a number of years in Libya and Dubai.


Board Director

Kokos Skoullos, from 1980 until 1988 was a Manager in the Offshore Business Department of PWC, Nicosia and since then as a Manager in M.P.& Co, audit firm, Nicosia office and from 1990 as a General Manager of the firm's branch in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. During his career he has extensively involved in the organization of management and financial training programs provided to trainees from North African companies in the oil & gas industry. From 1993 until today is the chairman of the committee of the Provident Fund of the staff of M.P. & Co. and from 2005 until 2010 chairman of the committee of the Provident Fund of the staff of New Holland (Ford) Cyprus. Since 1990 he is the Financial Advisor of H.H. Sayyid Fatik Bin Faher Al Said, Deputy Minister and member of the Royal family of the Sultanate of Oman.
